Starting Your Child's Individual Care Plan

After an initial assessment with a designated registered nurse (RN) clinical manager or service supervisor, we will work with you, your child, your family, and your child's physician to develop an individualized care plan and match your family with the right clinician(s) and/or caregiver(s). No matter what your payment method is, we'll work with you to simplify the process. For health insurance payments, we'll check your benefits, take care of the paperwork, and handle the billing.

Next, you'll meet the caregiving team that has been carefully selected to be the best fit for your child's needs, personality, and schedule. Depending on insurance coverage and your child's needs, we may provide care up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Regardless of the schedule, we provide around-the-clock clinical support so you can always reach us with questions. We continually reassess your child's needs and, partnering with your family and physician, update your child's care and team as needed.
